Hours:

Wednesday, Thursday and every third Monday 10a - 4p

Other days and times may be available by special appointment.

Rates:

Initial assess & acupuncture $125
Acupuncture treatment $100

Payment is due at the time of treatment. Cash, check, credit card.

I do not bill insurance, but will provide you with a medical receipt (super bill) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement at your request.
